Valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis)-100 mg

Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis leaf extr.) – 100 mg

Valeriana is an incredible effective sedative. It is used for insomnia, nervous anxiety and to help the body relax. It’s used primarily as a sleep aid but the sedative qualities of valerian are effective at soothing muscles and reducing mental and physical tension so that person can easily relax. Although valerian is potent, it is neither habit-forming nor addictive.

Lemon balm contains chemicals that seem to have a sedative and calming effect. It might also reduce the growth of some viruses and bacteria. The leaves of lemon balm, are used in folk medicine for their digestive, carminative, antispasmodic, sedative, analgesic, tonic, and diuretic properties, as well as for functional gastrointestinal disorders.
