Omega – 3 fats improve the function of blood vessels by lowering triglyceride (blood fat) levels, minimize inflammation and clotting, and increase “good” cholesterol levels.
Vitamin A (as Retinol) is needed for the proper growth and functioning of many parts of the body, including the eyes, skin, and immune system
Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol) plays an important role in protecting your bones and your body requires it to absorb calcium. Adults need vitamin D to keep their bones strong and healthy.
Vitamin E (as dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate) is an important vitamin required for the proper function of many organs in the body. It is also an antioxidant.
Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) is a nutrient your body needs to form blood vessels, cartilage, muscle and collagen in bones. Vitamin C is also vital to your body’s healing process. Vitamin C enhances the absorption of dietary iron.
Vitamin B1 (as Thiamine) plays an essential role in metabolism by helping convert nutrients into energy.
Vitamin B2 (as Riboflavin) helps convert food into energy and also acts as an antioxidant.
Vitamin B3 (as Niacinamide) plays a role in cellular signaling, metabolism, DNA production and repair.
Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCl) is involved in amino acid metabolism, red blood cell production, and the creation of neurotransmitters.
Vitamin B7 (as Biotin) is essential for carbohydrate and fat metabolism and regulates gene expression.
Vitamin B9 (as Folic acid) is needed for cell growth, amino acid metabolism, the formation of red and white blood cells, and proper cell division.
Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin) Perhaps the most well-known of all the B vitamins, B12 is vital for neurological function, DNA production, and red blood cell development.
Calcium (as Calcium carbonate) plays a role in many of the body’s basic functions. The body needs calcium in order to circulate blood, move muscles, and release hormones.
Iron (as Iron (II) fumarate) is a major component of hemoglobin, a type of protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen from your lungs to all parts of the body. Without enough iron, there aren’t enough red blood cells to transport oxygen, which leads to fatigue.
Zinc (as Zinc oxide) is a mineral that’s essential for good health. It’s required for the functions of over 300 enzymes and involved in many important processes in the body. It metabolizes nutrients, maintains immune system and grows and repairs body tissues.
Magnesium (as magnesium oxide) is a mineral found in albumin, bones and teeth. It contributes to the metabolism of carbohydrates, to defecation and is necessary for the strengthening of nerve structures and muscles.
Manganese (as Manganese Asparaginate) contributes to many bodily functions, including the metabolism of amino acids, cholesterol, glucose, and carbohydrates. It also plays a role in bone formation, blood clotting, and reducing inflammation.
Copper (as Copper Glycinate chelate) is an essential trace mineral. It is essential for the formation of collagen that helps support connective tissues like skin, bone, cartilage, and tendons.
Potassium (as Potassium citrate) is used to treat a kidney stone condition called renal tubular acidosis. It is also used to prevent kidney stones that may occur with gout. Potassium citrate is a urinary alkalinizer. It works by making the urine more alkaline (less acid)
